Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the internal laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Republic of South Africa, for any actions for which we retain the right to seek equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a our copyrights or other intellectual property.
